Track prep has begun for this weekends race. All the broken heads and lines on the sprinkler system are repaired. We will be ready for both the organized Saturday practice and the HCMA race on Sunday. No track changes from last year, just a good Tuneup of the jumps, burms, and whoops. I'll be at the gate Friday night. Hope to see everyone this weekend!!

Hello Evan. Each class costs $25 to race. If you have not registed with the HCMA, there is a $38 HCMA registration fee also. Stop out on Saturday and I will fill you in.

Ok. Did some homework on Pro back. A few years back, ECDR was in jeapordy of losing our Not For Profit status. As a result, we hired a CPA to handle year end accounting and tax filing. Her job also includes Auditing the Treasurer. As a result, we have tightened up our Accounting procedures. For example, numbered wrist bands at the gate, double checking registration fees, online registrations via PayPal, etc.
So, to answer your question, the Board of Directors for ECDR has decided to pay riders, vendors, and suppliers with an ECDR check. Allowing the Accountant an audit trail. We will not be sending any information or documents to the riders if that is your concern. We understand that this is different from other clubs, and hope you understand our position.
We really enjoy having all riders come to our track and look forward to seeing everyone again in July!!

Thanks Keith for responding. My only concern over check form is a lot of the pros like the cash to get dinner, pay for gas ect. ect. For example, Luke usually buys dinner after the race and I got stuck with the tab cause he didn't have cash. Haha It's all Good!! We were just curious
