Please bring your HCMA card with you to the meeting. Only card holders are allowed to vote at the meeting, per the rulebook. I also have trophys for: Monte White,Alexis Erickson and Nick Schiltz. Thanks Julie

Good idea to have only registered members vote. But that means there are going to be some 50 parents not voting, I would imagine. I would think that quite a few of the 50 parents are not registered members, and will not be able to vote. Sorry to say, but it always seems that there are 2 votes from each 50 rider. Mom and Dad!
Also, could we please get a formal seniority order from an HCMA official that tells us the order of club race date picks.

The meeting is at the Holiday Inn Express. I didn't notice the request for the seniority list. I don't have time to spend to read everything on this site. Here is the seniority list: Track of the Year (This year Helena) Anaconda Great Falls Bozeman Livingston Butte Nirada Dillon Plains Conrad Reed Point Kalispell Billings

Thanks for the list Chris. Im not sure about changing the rules for the senority list. However I think everyone would agree (as Delaware stated) that the clubs that have a hard time holding a race later in the season need to go earlier in the season. We all want better races and race conditions...and Im sure something can be worked out among the clubs/tracks at the state meeting. I have a hard time believing that clubs/tracks that have water and could hold a race almost anytime wouldn't let clubs like Reedpoint, Dillon, Conrad pick a weekend earlier in the season. We all want good races. I hope that we can all work together to make this happen.

Thanks Chris for the list. Did not mean to ruffle any feathers. Know your busy. Billings, can you clarify why you can not hold a race in July or later? Doesnt Billings have water available. Still like your idea of trying to double up on a few races. Especially if you are agreeable to taking some early dates.

Billings can only hold race early . All weekends are taken so going early is the only option .
