We are setting up an Ethan Strauser Scholarship Fund at Panic Rev. Ministries to help young aspiring photographers reach their goals, and to help his family and to help cover some of costs of the memorial service here in Bozeman.
Panic Rev Ministries and Ethan’s family already have a candidate in mind, so any help at achieving their goals would be gratefully appreciated.
They are a couple of ways you can help. You can purchase 2 stickers (your choice of round or diamond) and the program to the memorial service (pictured above). Cost is $6.00. Simply send check or money order to (John J. Gonzalez) at 39 Two Track Way, Bozeman, MT 59715 and I’ll get them in the mail right away. Ethan’s family also put together a great 30minute video for his memorial service, which I have put to DVD. It is truly a great movie showing our buddy from diapers to quads (a great tribute to celebrate his life!) If you would like the stickers, program and the memorial service video, the cost would be $20.00. Paypal is another good way to transfer funds without wasting postage (that is if you have Paypal account. If not, it is easy to set one up . Here is how you send money via Paypal. Sign onto Paypal.com. Click the “send money” tap. Type in my email address gman734@bresnan.net. Put the dollar amount in box then click the “personal tap” and then select “other.” Then click “continue”. When the next page comes up click the “send money” tap. That’s it!
If you would like to simply donate to the scholarship fund, I have set up an account here in Bozeman. Write a check or money order to Mike Strauser and send it to Rocky Mountain Bank, Care Of Ethan Strauser Scholarship Fund, 2901 West Main Street, Bozeman, MT 59718.
I spent about an hour on the phone with Mike (Ethan’s dad) last night and we reminisced about Ethan. It did my heart good to talk to him. He told me more about the scholarship fund in his son’s name and I told him he also had a great motocross family here in Montana. We (MX’ers) here in Montana are a close nit family and when one of is down, we are all down in some way. With all that said, please help in this cause in any way can.
Thank you,
John J. Gonzalez
