Gees,,,If it were me, after I saw them race their first moto, I would have told them that they could continue to race all weekend and even enter another class. However, it would without the transponder, no points and no trophy. Then they could race all they want. Its only fair to the other riders because really, the 3rd place guy got screwed out of the coolest 1st place Trophies I've ever seen! If i was that 3rd place guy i would have lost it! Yeah yeah its all for fun and that IS whats important, but that was just not cool. I heard someone say they werent there to sandbag or steal first place, but I would bet if you told them no point no trophy, their attitude would change. But maybe not. If they weren't there to win that class, they shouldn't mind such a request. Its been a good argument and listening to others, so long as no one gets mean about it!

I'm still trying to figure out what classes to race in, I'm finding when I enter a beginner class or like in Helena last year in October the 30 b class there were quite a few 450s, seems they would have an advantage on the start and longer strightaways over my 2fitty, I think I'm gonna give the 125 junior class a try next year, jump in with some of these kids and have some fun.

Aaahhh! Those year kids are crazy and fearless. Just try and have fun in any class, and it sounds like you are doing just that. If you wanna talk about it (classes) some more, shoot me an email. gman734@bresnan.net

They should have a class called "Complainers" so people can sit and b*itch together while us other people just race and enjoy it for what it's worth. LOVE IT The riders in question are Novice riders. I have raced with them in UT, they are novice riders. If they were to sign up in a B class they are B riders nationally. Anyone that has seen a amateur national knows a B rider could beat most MT pros. Ryan said it perfect "MT has a ton of work to do to catch up with other states in speed vs. classes. The round up did not have a novice or Jr. class. We will next year. We were trying to limit the # of races so race times would be longer. We didn't want 25 races and 3 lap motos. LAME It's great to see out of state riders wanting to ride in MT. Hope to see more!!!

we definitely need to do some work to our sanctions' rules that's the real problem here, those others states allow their riders to mature along a more realistic time line, Hell after two moto wins and points we make our riders start all over again. We had a blast this year at the round up, Conley had some epic battles with that 13yr from Idaho, that kid was a beast and really made it fun, lookin forward to next years'. Kyle, if your remark about complaining was to me, get a clue son...and a sack and be a little more direct about it!

Those kids were fast even though they both looked like 10 year olds and acted like it on grounds. Smooth riders, out of state has us beat big time.

Wasn't a direct call out to anyone, just think people need to realize we're in Montana and motocross racing isn't as organized and perfect as other places. We're behind.

It's all good! I ain't hatin' on no one...just an old passionate vet who thinks he knows it all, just ask me I tell ya all about it,I definitely can be a J. A. FO SHO! Bottom line I just would like to see things change to make things more better for everyone. In retrospect my only regret for any motocross events I have ever attended in Montana would be losing my nephew in a racing accident, that aside I would do it all over again and again
