Yes, there is a new race series in the works. The dates have been chosen to hold events, and all race dates are on NON HCMA race days, including the Plains change. We are respectful to the racers and families who support the HCMA and want to allow the choice of events to the riders. We will be making a detailed announcement on January 19, 2012 with all detailed race information.

Thanks for the info Shawn. I spoke with Matt Keller last night about some questions I have been asked (yes Jason, yours too). He informed me that he is working on a website to be up very soon for the new series that will have all the information as to classes, rules, schedules, ect. I will get the link out to everyone when it is up and going.
Cheers, Ryno

Can't wait for the Big Sky MX challenge!! Looks super awesome, good to see a group of people trying something new and fun for everyone! Good tracks and a neat schedule with a Saturday practice if one wants to partake. Should be a successful series! Check it out www.bigskymxchallenge.com

Nice, there's a race every weekend from April 19th to August 19th. Hopefully the bodies and bikes hold up. Nice to see the two different series working together on the race dates. I would rather hit them all then have to chose. It should be a good year, two races at Anaconda (my personal favorite), two at Hyline (my second favorite) and two at Cokedale which I've been to but never raced. Get that paypal option working so we can sign up and secure our numbers.

Never raced Cokedale? It will become your 1st or 2nd favorite track for sure! DJ and boys (Mike, Matt, Todd, sorry If forgot anyone) have spent a lot time up there moving dirt making an awesome natural terrain track even better!!! It is the "Glen Helen" of Montana for sure (except for the rutted jumps haha)!

Jake raced on it a couple years ago when we first started, then last year when I started racing it wasnt on the list. I remember it being in a really cool area though.
