Here are the results for everyone posted here. I went over the results scoring a few times, but you should check my math. It look like we have a four way. Kind of...
Keiths..........11 Vickie............7 CJ.................7 Bryce............3 Dairyland......3 MX808..........11 Conley..........11 moto 318......6 SixOmx.........8 Stacey..........5 Gman............11 plus 1.5 handecap rule! 12.5! woohooo!
Did I forget anybody?
I don't mind doing the scoring for everyone that posts here, it didnt take me too long.
Maybe we can think of other way to keep the ties down...like maybe pick 12th place or pick who crashes....IDK. Ideas?

Handicap rule... Nice!! Let's play it like a Skins Game in Golf or a dice game. One tie all tie. Pot goes to the next week.

I kinda like the one tie all tie. We definitely need to do something about the ties, perhaps we could do it with a manufacturer selection, tally the points of each bike maker after each round and award points for your pick(2 points for first, 1.5 points for second, and 1 point for third)

Well, we have till the 20th to decide since someone (not gonna say any names, but it starts with a "G" and ends with a "man") did a funky payment thing on me... So we could just hold over till this weekend, which would be easier at this point. Let me know what you all think!

I clicked the wrong button! Oh just cough up the 5 bucks! Well don't pay me then, but pay everyone else. I like the idea of just adding it the pot, but we kinda agreed to pay the ties last week. I'm ok with adding to the pot but... Give me example Kev. Not quite seeing what ya mean. But I think I got a way to break up the ties. And actually this week wasnt that bad, one wrong pick and it wouldnt have been a tie. This is what we do, we pick top 5 riders in each class, assign points just like before but #1 being 5 points and #5 be worth 1. Then if the five you have choosen have all made into the top 5 (no matter what their placement) its worth another 3 points. So if you picked 1. stewart, 2. poto, 3. dungey. 4. Canard, 5. Reed. and they all make it to the top five no matter what the placed, you get 3 points. Any way make sence? Those two things should eliminate ties. Everything would work just like before just these two new scorings. What ya think? Everyone except 808

I know my way sounds complicated but it is actually very easy to score and the chances of someone picking the same combination of A, B, and C racers in both classes is very low (read no ties). To pick the top three will produce ties every time because everyone will be picking from a very small number of racers. There is only so many combinations of Stewart, Villipoto and Dungey. In fact i would score this weeks race if we do it this way

You guys figure it out...I will keep track of the $$$. If we did top 5 in each class, with the holeshot as the bonus, my guess it would be pretty easy to avoid a tie. If we get this too complicated, no one will want to play or sit down and try and figure 10-15 people worth of points out every week. KISS!

Well Gman lets do an example using the way i divided them into A, B, C, divisons i set earlier in this thread: You pick a rider from each division so your picks might look like: Supercross class A: Stewart 1st place (25pts) +5 for holeshot B: Windham 19th place(2pts) C: Wey 12th (9pts) 41 points Supercross Lites: A: Hanson 1st (25) B: Tomac 5th (16) C: Cunningham 10th (11) 52 points + 41 points is 93 pts All the points are what the rider scored based off of AMA scoring I picked Dungey and Hanson to win so maybe my picks might have looked like: Supercross: A: Dungey 5th (16) B: Metcalfe 8th (13) C: Wey 12th (9) 38 pts Lites A: Hanson 1st (25) B: Rattray 6 (15) C: Canada 11 (10) 50 pts + 38 pts = 88 pts You win

I'll do the scoring just people need to know they need to pick one A rider, one B rider, one C rider in each Supercross and Lites class

Just wanted to brag a little, as I was able to attend the Pheonix Race last Saturday. Was incredible to actually see those guys race in person. Also hung with KDub, Eli, Ivan, Shorty, and Cunningham in the pits (picts & autographs). Was a bit bummed about not seeing Diana in person up close. Really wanted a picture with her. But Bridger did hang with the Monster Girls and was able to get a picture with some hotties. Races and heats were awesome! See everyone soon,
Duke
